All of my Pilates classes are beginner-friendly, making it accessible to everyone.  My classes offer a dynamic and varied workout, incorporating both standing and mat exercises. I also utilise small pilates balls and resistance bands to introduce an additional layer of challenge to enhance the effectiveness of each session. 

All classes are available for booking on a pay-as-you-go basis, monthly block bookings, or via my "All 4 Pilates" package. With this package, you can select any four classes within a month and enjoy a discounted rate.
