No prior experience is needed for my Pilates classes. My sessions are suitable for all levels.
Please wear comfortable, non restrictive exercise clothing, to allow you to move freely. You can wear socks or go barefoot.
Please bring along an exercise mat, small hand towel to use as a pillow, a yoga block if you need one and a bottle of water.
Yes, every month you can pre book a block of classes for a specific day at a discounted price. Unfortunately no refunds are given if a class is missed.
