I really like your classes

I like the way you progress the exercises. I really should be doing them at home, but can't always remember the details.

I would definitely recommend your classes and I'm glad I found them. Keep it going.

What a difference to my knees, in addition to my knees it has helped strengthen my left shoulder (recovering from frozen shoulder), my left hip needs to be more flexible but I feel we cover all these things in class.

I find your classes very engaging, as a beginner I had no clue what to expect, I got a good workout as well as enjoyment from your class and felt great afterwards.

Yes, loving Pilates,  I feel like my body is changing because of the exercises, which was the goal of me doing the class. I have already recommended your class, including to the woman I met on the bus.

Pilates or Yoga??

I have done yoga for a number of years and dont fell i have progressed that much although I don't enjoy it and feel good afterwards. 

Now, however I have found Pilates & feel the benefits more, even though it's been just a few weeks.
